Here are some of the questions I get asked the most.

I strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

We purchase our products from wholesalers in the UK. We try and purchase recycled materials wherever possible. I do realise that puts an extra premium on our products, and we’re always looking to improve our process. Most of our clothing products is made from cotton, polyester, or a blend.

Depending on the product, and the print type, the requirements are different. So check the product page for that item you're interested in to see the requirements.

Depending on the product, we use either Direct-To-Film (DTF) or Sublimation printing process.

We use the best process for the materials used in the product, and we have the designs printed professionally from a UK-Based company to ensure a speedy delivery and the highest quality.

Always make sure you wash our clothing products inside-out to ensure the longevity of the design.

We use either Royal Mail or DPD to deliver to the UK, the USA, Canada, and Europe.

You can find the postage rates when you go to check out. As these change frequently, we can’t provide a static rate.
